Decoupage Gel Matte by Redesign with Prima® is a decoupage adhesive and finishing medium for applying decorative paper, tissue, collage elements, and lightweight embellishments to prepared surfaces.
Apply a thin, even layer, position the paper carefully, then smooth from the center outward. Use additional coats as appropriate for sealing and the desired finish.
Pair it with our decoupage papers, Rubber Brayer, Felt Decoupage Squeegee, and Craft Knife with 4 Blades.
