Order Processing
Regular orders ship within 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Preorders
Preorders ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the product page. Orders containing a preorder item and other items will be held until the preorder is available. Please place separate orders if you would like your other items shipped sooner.
Please contact your local USPS office if the tracking indicates the order was delivered and you did not receive it. Once we ship the item and USPS shows it was delivered they are the only ones that can track it down.
