Éclat Du Matin H2O Decor Transfer® features vintage-inspired labels and ornate frames with classic French ephemera styling. The mix of shapes and sizes makes it easy to create elegant focal points or subtle decorative accents.

H2O APPLICATION: Remove the film, place the transfer on a clean prepared surface, wet the paper backing, burnish to remove air bubbles, and allow it to activate for up to three minutes. Remove the paper backing and seal when appropriate. Always test first.
