Stuck on your creative project and need more one-on-one help than regular customer service can reasonably cover? Ask Canterbury gives you focused project coaching for the creative side of your makeover.

This service is for customers who need help making decisions, planning steps, or troubleshooting a project using Canterbury Creative products and techniques. It is not for basic order questions or quick product questions that should stay part of normal customer service.

Ask Canterbury about things like:

• Choosing between products or techniques for your specific project
• Planning the order of paint, transfers, decoupage, moulds, stencils, waxes, metallics, and topcoats
• Figuring out what to do next when a project feels stuck
• Reviewing project photos and helping you build a step-by-step plan
• Choosing coordinating colors, finishes, and decorative elements
• Fixing common creative-process problems that need more than a quick customer-service answer
• Planning a complete furniture or décor makeover before you begin

What’s included

Send photos and a short explanation of your project before your consultation. We’ll review them first, then spend up to 20 minutes helping you work through the creative side of the project and your best next steps.

Standalone consultation: $29 for up to 20 minutes.

Canterbury Creative customer price: $19. When Ask Canterbury is purchased with Canterbury Creative merchandise for the same project, a $10 customer discount applies.

Need more than 20 minutes? Ask Canterbury is sold in 20-minute blocks. If your project needs additional time, simply purchase another session.
