In Truth, Beauty (Discontinued) - CeCe Decor Transfer

SIZE 24″X35″ - cut into 2 sheets

Truly original, CeCe’s “In Truth, Beauty” Décor Transfer® celebrates truth, beauty, and imagination with female portraiture layered over soft watercolor strokes. Open areas invite your own creative touches using paints, stencils, stamps, or additional transfer pieces. Layer the floral and gold abstract elements in your own way for a customized finish.

HOW TO USE: Peel off the protective backing, apply the transfer to a prepared surface, rub on the design with the included stick or Transfer Tool, peel off the top sheet while checking that the full design has transferred, and burnish.
