Wise Owl Water-Based Varnish

Protect painted furniture and decorative projects with Wise Owl Water-Based Varnish. This self-leveling clear finish contains no amber resins and can seal Chalk Synthesis Paint and glazed finishes. Choose Matte or Satin and your size: Pint Plus (18 oz), Quart (32 oz), or Gallon (128 oz).

How to apply

1. Wait at least 24 hours after painting. Make sure the surface is dry and free of wax, oil, and dust.
2. Stir thoroughly and apply thin coats with a quality synthetic brush or sprayer. Do not dilute; a roller is not recommended.
3. Work in small sections without repeatedly brushing as the finish dries. Allow about 4 hours between coats. For suitable outdoor projects, apply three thin coats.

Allow approximately 30 days for full cure, using the piece gently and protecting it from water and heavy wear meanwhile. Temperature, humidity, and coat thickness affect drying time.
